Abdullah Ali Al Majdouie

Abdullah Al Majdouie, as the esteemed Chairman of the Board at Majd, also dedicates his expertise as Vice Chairman of Al Majdouie Group, a role he's brilliantly executed for over three and a half decades.

Abdullah's influence and leadership stretch across various sectors. He holds influential positions on the boards of a myriad of corporations and philanthropic entities, including United Electronics Company (Extra), Dana Gas PJSC (UAE), Dhahran International Exhibition Company, Prince Mohammad bin Fahd University, Raya Financing Company, Al Majdouie De Rijke Logistic Company, Rabigh Petrochemical Logistic LLC (Bahrain), Orphan Charity Association, and Shumu Al Amal for Special Education and Rehabilitation.

Beyond corporate roles, his affiliations are diverse and notable. He's a proud member of Tharawat (UAE), an active participant in the Saudi Emirati Coordinating Council, and holds the respected title of Honorary Consul for the Republic of Korea.

A testament to his continued relationship with his alma mater, Abdullah not only holds a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), but also serves as a visiting faculty member there, fostering the next generation of leaders.

Ibrahim Ali Al Majdouie

Ibrahim Al Majdouie holds the esteemed position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Majd. Before this role, he was steering the helm as the General Manager at Al Majdouie Real Estate Development Company up until 2013.

In his current capacities, Ibrahim influences a multitude of sectors. He is a revered member on the boards of several corporations and benevolent entities, such as Al Majdouie Group, Arbah Capital, Baha Development Holding Company, Tashrefat Tourism Company, Middle East Logistics Institute (MELI), and the Ali Al Majdouie Charitable Foundation.

His affiliations also include memberships in Asharqia Young Businessmen Council and the Housing and Urban Development Committee within the Eastern Province Chamber of Commerce.

On the academic front, Ibrahim is an alumnus of King Faisal University with a Bachelor's degree and holds an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology.

Omar Ali Al Majdouie

With over two decades in the industry, Omar Al Majdouie is a cornerstone at Majd. As the visionary founding partner of Raed Ventures, initiated by Al Majdouie Holding Company in 2016, he's been instrumental in partnering with promising startups like Noon Academy, Foodics, Mrsool, Trella, and 525k. His influence in fostering transformative companies resonates not just in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Egypt, but throughout the broader MENA region.

Diving deeper into his illustrious portfolio, Omar also dons the hat of Vice Chairman at the Saudi Venture Capital and Private Equity Association. His leadership extends as a board member for Al Majdouie Holding Company, Raya Financing Company, and Al Majdouie Logistics Company.

Academically, Omar has solid roots with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, proudly earned from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM).
