Mahmood Al-Kooheji

Mr. Al-Kooheji possesses over 20 years of executive experience in the banking and investment sector. He previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Arbah Capital in Eastern Saudi Arabia and was an Executive Director at GFH Financial Group. Additionally, he played foundational roles at Al Salam Bank, Bahrain Development Bank, and KFH Bahrain.

Mr. Al-Kooheji has held several senior positions in reputable institutions. He was responsible for leading key initiatives at Tadhamon Capital as the Head of Investor Relations and was a pivotal member of Arcapita Bank’s placement team.

Throughout his career, Mr. Al-Kooheji has been involved in comprehensive aspects of investment banking, encompassing deal sourcing, syndication, asset management, and exit strategy formulation.

On the academic front, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Economics from the University of Texas and pursued a Master's in Finance from DePaul University, Chicago.

Farouk Kewan

Farouk holds the esteemed position of Director of Finance at Majd Investment Company. With a rich professional journey spanning over sixteen years, he has honed his expertise in diverse financial domains including financial management, accounting, budgetary planning, strategic visioning, managing company investment portfolios (AUM), and overseeing treasury and cash management operations, among other core financial functions.

Before his association with Al Majdouie Group in 2010, Farouk rendered his services as the Finance Manager for Juma Al Majid Group in UAE. Earlier in his career, he played a pivotal role as the Bank Facility and Customer Relationship Manager at Mashreq Bank in Qatar.

Academically, Farouk holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting from Damascus University. He further augmented his credentials with an IFRS Diploma from PwC Academy. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Candidate.

Asad Jabbar

Asad Jabbar holds an esteemed tenure of over 15 years, specializing in the intricate processes of sourcing, due diligence, evaluation, analysis, and management of alternative asset investments. His profound knowledge encompasses a wide spectrum of alternative assets, such as private equity, private debt, secondaries, co-investments, and venture capital.

Before his association with Majd Investment Company in 2022, Asad collaborated with several local and regional family offices, focusing on Alternative Asset management. Earlier in his career, he was an integral part of KPMG’s esteemed financial advisory division.

Academically, Asad holds a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Applied Accounting. He is a distinguished CFA charter holder and also takes pride in being a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK).

Yasser Alhelw

Engr. Yasser stands out as a seasoned property and real estate expert, possessing comprehensive experience in real estate development and management. His proficiency spans a diverse range of asset classes, from city districts and neighborhoods to large-scale mixed-use and lifestyle properties. His professional journey has seen significant contributions in both the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

An architect by training, Engr. Yasser holds a Master’s degree in architectural design and planning. His hands-on involvement in the investment, development, and operational aspects of the industry provides him with a holistic understanding of the entire real estate lifecycle. He is adept at strategy formulation, deal origination, inception planning, feasibility analysis, and the selection of asset management operators. Furthermore, he plays an instrumental role in project execution and delivery, encompassing master planning, architectural and engineering design, and construction management. His expertise also extends to post-development asset management and value enhancement.

Over his illustrious 25+ year career, Engr. Yasser has held pivotal roles in family offices in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as in investment banks and engineering consultancy firms in Egypt. Joining Majd Investment Company in 2022, he now spearheads the management and development of Majd Investment Company's Real Estate portfolio.
