Shaik Ali Al-Majdouie explained that this project represents a qualitative addition to the province and aims to meet the needs of the Jubail community, achieve a balance between the economy and the quality of life, and enhance the commercial and tourism growth of the province. He noted that the project, strategically located in the heart of Jubail, occupies an area of 28,670 square meters and serves as one of the leading commercial destinations. It includes an office tower, a hotel tower, as well as various commercial exhibitions and the residential Karawan Village.

It is worth mentioning that Jubail is one of the prominent economic destinations in the Kingdom and houses important industrial areas that contribute significantly to the national economy, making it an ideal destination for future investments. The project aligns with the Kingdom's strategy to achieve the goals of Vision 2030 by enhancing its position as an international tourist and commercial destination.
